A man from Pensacola, Florida, went viral for a mugshot showing his large neck is arrested again, and this time he is arrested on a stalking charge.

35-year-old Charles McDowell was booked into the Escambia County prison Sunday on charges of aggravated stalking and then withholding child support. The 35-year-old has over 1 million followers on Instagram. Know here who Charles McDowell is, how he became famous, and why he was arrested.

Charles McDowell became famous on social media after an arrest in 2018. He was arrested again on November 27 and then booked into the Escambia County Jail.

Charles McDowell faces 2 charges. One is for aggravated stalking and another for withholding support for a child or spouse, as per the Escambia County Jail website.

According to police reports, Charles is being held without bond for the stalking charge. He gained fame in 2018 when he got arrested on multiple drug charges and then his mugshot ran viral with many comments and shares because of his unusually large neck.

According to local outlet WEAR-TV, Charles allegedly appeared at a woman's house on August 24 and sent her threatening text messages.
