According to reports, Apple Music Replay stopped working after upgrading the family plan. Since then, users have been unable to access any Replay data or features. Some Apple Music users have also reported that the feature begins to glitch almost every year. 'Once you listen to music, you'll be eligible for Replay,' it simply states. The problem is particularly aggravating because the screen repeatedly displays the Replay logo loading.

Open the Apple Music application.
Navigate to Listen Now.
Scroll down to Replay: Your Year's Top Songs. From this point, you can:
Open this year's Replay playlist to see your favorite songs in one place, updated weekly.
View your previous year's Replay playlists.
Make a copy of your Replay playlist in your library. Tap Add or click +Add to open a Replay playlist.
Upload your Replay playlist to Instagram, Facebook, or another social media platform.
