First, wait for 24 hours starting from the time the items were purchased and then place the refund demand.
If the refund option is still not working, then submit a ticket to Riot Support, providing them with all the details about the item to be refunded.

The refund policy of Valorant requires all the terms and conditions to be fulfilled. Only the following items can be refunded in Valorant:
Unused items purchased with VP within the last 7 days (back to VP)
Unused items purchased with Radianite Points within the last 7 days (back to Radianite Points).
To get a cash refund, the player have to submit a ticket. The cash refunds are available for 90 days after a transaction, provided the VP purchased was not spent.
The refunds for Valorant items are not allowed in the following cases:
Character Contract Levels, Battle Pass and Levels, Weapon Skin Levels, Weapon Skins once used or bought a skin upgrade, Radianite Points, and Bundles. No refund will be provided for the given items.
