Smoke IT App Not Working

Smoke IT app may not be working due to a few technical problems in SMOKE IT app or an unstable network connection. Other than this, there may be chances that you have updated the latest version of the Smoke IT app, and there are a few bugs in the latest version.

How To Fix Smoke IT App Not Working?

The Smoke IT App not working issues can be solved using any of the below methods. 

Solution 1: Wait Till Smoke IT Technical Issue Fixes

If the Smoke IT is not working, there may be a few technical issues like the Smoke IT App or the Smoke IT app server being down.   • Unlock your Pit Boss APP.

  • Next, choose the Grill Icon in the Lower Middle Menu.

  • Now, type a Zone Name and then choose “Save Zone”, which will be at the Bottom of the Screen. 

  • Next, choose the Zone You Just Named.

  • Now, choose the Grill Model. 

  • Then, name your Grill and choose Connect.

  • Now, choose the Grill Icon.

Smoke IT App Not Updating

You may follow the below steps to mitigate the Smoke IT App Not Updating issue. 

  • First, switch ON the notifications, so you may be notified of the new updates available. For that, Go to Apps, then choose to Smoke IT. Now, choose Notifications and enable notifications.

  • Next, check your Phone has sufficient storage space. Otherwise, the Phone may not support the download.

  • Then check that the Smoke IT server works correctly, like your Internet. Otherwise, you may be able to make any updates.

If the Smoke IT App is not connecting, you may follow the steps below to solve the issue. 

  • If you find an issue connecting to the wifi, unplug the router once and wait until it resets. 

  • While resetting, log out of the app and switch OFF the Grill.

  • Next, log back into the app, switch ON the Grill and try to connect to the Internet. 

  • Once connected, it must have no issue identifying your Grill, making it simple to control through the app.
