Now, these Premium Crates have been disabled from the month of May 2020 and now the games are wondering how to make use of premium crate coupons available in their inventory.

Why Premium Crate Is Not Opening In PUBG?

The Premium Crates can be no more seen in the game and the Pubg Mobile have already made an official statement stating that the premium crates will be back soon. But for time being the premium crates are replaced by custom crates. We quote  the official announcement released by the administrator of the PUBG Mobile discord server “ “The Premium Crates' spot in the shop is currently replaced by the Custom Crates. However, the Premium Crates will be available again starting June 21.”

PUBG Mobile have assured the gamers that the Premium Crates will be back in its place very soon and the gamers will be able to see premium coupon codes at the earliest possible.The developers also said that the gamers have the option to ban items that they do not want and open the custom crates that they desire to keep. PUBG Mobile have also cautioned gamers that they should not use VPN to open crates as it is disallowed by the game developers Tencent Games.
